You probably know that the Richland School District is looking for a new superintendent following the resignation of Jean Lane. The district has hired a company called Northwest Leadership Associates to lead the superintendent search, and their first step is to get some community feedback via an online survey:

“Your responses to the questions in this survey will assist the Richland School District Board of Directors and Northwest Leadership Associates to develop the position description and leadership profile that will guide the selection of the next superintendent.”
