It all starts at 6:00 pm in Howard Amon Park, when the Parks & Rec. department presents “Christmas By The River,” with hot cocoa, caroling, and an appearance by Santa Claus himself.
At 6:30, the fireworks begin with musical accompaniment from KONA radio, 105.3 FM.
And then at about 7 p.m., the lighted boats should start to arrive on the river as part of the annual parade.
It’s all free, too!
