Richland power goes out

Doug Johnson of the Bonneville Power Administration tells us that a Benton PUD wire broke at about 9:00 am and came in contact with one of BPA’s lines. They found and fixed the problem, restoring power at about 10:10 am.
Johnson says the power outage impacted people who get their electricity from the Benton PUD, Benton REA, and some residents of Richland.
