I’ve never been a big fan of flyers – big waste of paper, and not enough info or pictures to really be effective.

But, now, there is the Individual Property Website, or IPW, and this is the first one I’ve done. Hubby helped get the pictures and design set up, but I wrote the text and am directing everyone I know who can’t see the house right away to the IPW, so they can get a tantalizing glimpse of what it’s like inside.

Very cool!
