With apartment occupancy pushing almost 100% across the Tri-Cities, it’s pretty big news anytime there’s word of new apartments that may be on the way. KEPR-TV recently reported on two possible apartment projects coming to Richland — one in the Queensgate area behind Target, and one along Columbia Park Trail near Kimo’s Restaurant.
