City of Richland Annual Report now available

The document provides an update on Richland’s long-range plan and its seven key focus areas. There are updates on traffic/construction projects such as the Duportail Bridge Project, economic development efforts, and other community improvement work.
It’s a good read, worth the download. And here’s a sneak peek at the last page with some Richland statistics.
