Quick note: Tonight’s Live at Five concert has been canceled due to today’s rain. Spokane-based Ryan Larsen Band was due to play. Perhaps they’ll be invited back next year? Don’t know. But if you were planning to head out to John Dam Plaza tonight, don’t. The concert series will resume next week, weather permitting.
