I’m fairly certain that the people who own and run Bristol Homes don’t read this blog, but if they DID, they’d know now is the time to go ahead and follow through on the project they started in 2006.

They abandoned the building because the economic climate changed and lenders stopped lending. This is true, for most of the country.
However, as I’ve pointed out numerous times, here we need more housing, and if they completed the apartment complex they began, I’m sure they’d have no problem filling it with renters.
Any local lenders want to team up witb Bristol Homes to make a couple problems go away in one fel swoop? There’d be more housing and the lawsuit could be dismissed. It’s a win-win!
