Cari is a licensed real estate agent working in the Richland office of Windermere Real Estate. She’s been a professional REALTOR® since 2004 and loves what she does for a living. She’s also a book lover and spends a lot of time in Tri-Cities libraries and bookstores.

Matt is a writer and business consultant who’s blessed to be able to work from home. He’s a Tri-Cities-based SEO consultant who speaks at marketing conferences around the country (and locally, too). He’s been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Inc. magazine, and countless other media outlets. Matt’s a big music and sports fan, and follows the Seattle pro teams religiously.

We have two wonderful kids and a black lab.
