Earlier today I told a friend I went for a walk on the river and then, not wanting her to think I had a God complex, I amended it to a walk along the river! I could have stopped and taken more shots like this one, but then I wouldn’t have had any kind of workout. It was so peaceful and serene. There were a few joggers and recumbent bicyclists out, but it was mostly just me, walking quickly, listening to my iPod, and enjoying the natural beauty around me.
